7. Conceptual Development
Our renderings are much more than a
way of simply communicating our ideas.
Because they are so realistic, they’re an
incredible method for our clients to fully
understand exactly how their product or
environment will look and feel like in the
real world. It’s easy to use computer effects
and dramatic lighting to make a rendering
look extraordinary, but if it can’t be built or
if it’s outside of the realities of the budget,
then you’re selling false hope.
From the beginning, our designs are created
utilizing state-of-the-art engineering software
to insure that they can be manufactured cost
effectively and implemented quickly.
These renderings showcase how DD begins
with multiple concepts for each project.
Each concept takes a unique direction and
then, we create a finalized concept taking
into consideration all design elements
which are combined and refined into a
single solution to meet the parameters
and goals of our client

All the best design work in the world

it to life. Working side-by-side, our
Craftsmen and Designers develop well
engineered products that can be cost
effectively built and installed while
meeting our client’s expectations.
We may be called Dimensional Design,
but our craftsmen never take a backseat
to our design team… In fact, we often

DiversiTech
Every design firm wants to feel like
they are a partner with their client
and occasionally you achieve that.
Our relationship with DiversiTech has
been just that. Working alongside the
DiversiTech marketing team on over 25
projects. in partnership with DiversiTech, an
international HVAC product manufacturer, to
develop and grow their brand position within
their industry.
DD has designed and crafted a range of
diverse projects for DiversiTech including
tradeshow exhibits, product packaging, and
even retail permanent, promotional, and
specialized displays. Working alongside
the DiversiTech marketing team on over 25
projects, from the start of this vision, and
as a result together we have developed
relationships and stand-out brand zone that
lasts.
Through our full roll-out program of
graphics, displays, packaging, and
shipping, DiversiTech was able
to expand a bold presence cost

Greenguard,
A Division of UL Labs
Greenguard, an environmental testing
institute that sets the standard for
indoor air quality, has been a DD client
for several years. For each new project we
enjoy the challenge of creating a uniquely
different exhibit on a limited budget. Each
of Greenguard’s shows have a different story
directed towards several audiences such as
architects, family consumers and those in the
medical field.
The exhibits always support Greenguard’s
currently launched ad campaigns as well
as market their vendors’ green-friendly BE
products. Through the years DD has AUTHENTIC
partnered with Greenguard to create clean
iconic designs that satisfy their marketing
challenges with a strong definitive
message.
