Student Steps Using A.R. with NEO2 Logging In • Press the on/off key to turn the NEO 2 on. • Press the applets key. • Select the Accelerated Reader applet. • Enter a Renaissance Place user name and password. Finding a Quiz • Select the desired quiz type. Reading Practice, Vocabulary Practice, and Other Reading quizzes can be taken on NEO 2. • Enter the quiz number for a book. Select how the book was read. • Confirm the quiz details before the quiz begins. • Press Y and then the enter key to begin the quiz. Taking a Quiz and Getting Results • Answer each question by pressing the A, B, C, or D keys and then press enter. • Use the left and right arrow keys to switch between the question and answer panes. Use the up and down arrow keys to scroll through the questions and answers. • View results when finished with a quiz. • If the TOPS Report printing is enabled, the TOPS Report prints to the default printer via the Renaissance Receiver™.
