This document discusses the benefits of an online meeting application called Lorros. It allows groups to hold discussions, make decisions, and take votes without having to meet in person or at the same time. Key benefits include: 1) Not requiring all members to be available at the same time; 2) Providing a structured meeting process; and 3) Creating an accurate record of the meeting that is immediately available through minutes, comments, votes and action items. It suggests this could reduce unproductive meeting time and make it easier for groups like property managers and boards to make timely decisions.
