The largest American retailer of lingerie partnered with Kinetic Social on an integrated cross-channel campaign designed to
drive tune-ins to their second annual fashion show televised internationally from London. Supermodels and celebrity guests
generated buzz and showcased the brand’s new look. In order to increase awareness and engagement with the new line, the
Kinetic team was tasked with connecting with the retailer’s audience on Facebook and Twitter.

The Strategy
The two-day flight leveraged a combination of interest buckets
and keywords on Facebook and Twitter. Critical to the success of
this retailer’s campaign was the engaging creative that piqued the
audience interest - including both video and picture format. The
video view rate on Facebook performed particularly well at 8.56%.
Mobile placements performed strongest on both Facebook and
Twitter, ultimately contributing to the 1.24 million people who
tuned-in on the day of the show.
This campaign demonstrates the importance of connecting with
audiences across social platforms and generating buzz with
insider previews in advance of a product release, live event or
holiday sale. As a result of this campaign’s success, this retailer
has continued to partner with Kinetic for additional campaigns.
