ZUMBA este combinatia perfecta intre dans si aerobic, intre exercitii fizice si distractie –
toate pe o muzica hipnotizanta.
ZUMBA combina exercitiile fizice cu distractia, deoarece miscarile sunt inspirate din
dansurile latino, iar muzica este electrizanta.
ZUMBA este ultima noutate in materie de fitness, o adevarata revolutie impotriva
kilogramelor in plus. La o sedinta de ZUMBA se ard intre 500-1000 de calorii. Te distrezi,
dansezi pe muzica latino si pierzi kilograme.
Iata de ce ZUMBA este cel mai indragit program dance-fitness din intreaga lume. Mai mult
decat atat, ZUMBA a devenit un adevarat stil de viata pe care toata lumea il adopta.
In Romania, ZUMBA a inceput sa fie cunoscut in anul 2009, de atunci acest fenomen
incepand sa creasca din ce in ce mai mult.

Provocarea agentiei a fost de a comunica evenimentul pe cat mai multe canale, unul din
obiective fiind acela de a aduna cat mai multi oameni in cadrul evenimentului (numar
estimativ de locuri in sala 230-240).
Deoarece organizatorul evenimentului nu a avut un buget stabilit pentru aceasta
promovare, un alt obiectiv al agentiei enTourage a fost acela de a gasi canalele potrivite la
cel mai bun cost, cost ce urma a fi acoperit in urma parteneriatelor realizate de catre
agentie.

IMPLEMENTARE
Am inceput lucrul la acest proiect in primul rand documentandu-ne cu privire la
fenomenul de ZUMBA din Romania si interesul oamenilor asupra acestui sport. Am
investigat cele mai bune canale de comunicare si am demarat promovarea, astfel:


- Comunicat de presa – am realizat un comunicat de presa pe care l-am trimis catre
jurnalistii de sanatate, sport, frumusete;
- Am anuntat evenimentul in cadrul site-urilor de evenimente;
- Am anuntat evenimentul in cadrul forumurilor si retelelor sociale (Facebook)
- Am realizat si trimis un newsletter catre o baza de date de 5.000 adrese de e-mail valide,
din Bucuresti;
- Am incheiat parteneriat cu 2 parteneri ce au avut expunere in cadrul evenimentului.


Promovarea s-a facut in perioada 7 februarie 2012 – 1 martie 2012 (3 saptamani)

REZULTATE
  In decursul a 3 saptamani comunicatul a beneficiat de 20 de aparitii pe site-urile de
sanatate/frumusete/sport si in cadrul blogurilor si 1 interviu cu Pedro Camacho pe un site
de sanatate;
  Anuntul evenimentului a aparut in cadrul a 8 site-uri de evenimente, in sectiunea
Bucuresti;
  Newsletterul trimis catre baza de date pe Bucuresti a inregistrat o rata de deschidere de
peste 24%, ceea ce inseamna peste 1.200 de persoane;
  Agentia a incheiat parteneriate cu REXONA si BEAUTY SENSE;
  Dupa incheierea evenimentului am avut 4 aparitii de follow-up in presa;
  In cadrul retelelor sociale evenimentul a fost vizualizat de peste 10.000 de persoane,
din cadrul paginilor administrate de catre agentie.


Putem spune ca pentru un eveniment ce a adunat in jur de 220 de persoane, impactul a
fost unul major, iar vizibilitatea a fost maxima.         Powered by

Multumim pentru tot si pentru pozitionarea centrala a standului Rexona.
Ne bucuram tare mult pentru faptul ca am fost parteneri in cadrul evenimentului Zumba
Fitness! Feedback-ul pe care l-am primit de la participanti a fost foarte OK: am descoperit
faptul ca multi dintre ei folosesc deodorantele antiperspirante Rexona si au fost extrem de
interesati sa afle cum se aplica testul antiperspirant Rexona prezentat de catre hostessele
Rexona. (REXONA)

Ne bucuram ca am luat parte la acest eveniment. Am descoperit cu aceasta ocazie ca exista
inca oameni pasionati de sport si care vin cu drag la astfel de evenimente sportive. Relatia cu
partenerul nostru enTourage, care ne-a recomandat acest eveniment s-a intarit si mai mult si,
cu siguranta, in viitor vom onora astfel de invitatii (BEAUTY SENSE)

Ma bucur ca am fost invitata la acest eveniment in calitate de jurnalist si ca am avut ocazia sa

Am fost oarecum surprinsa de invitatia la evenimentul ZUMBA MARTISOR, deoarece reprezint
un blog dedicat barbatilor. Am ramas insa placut impresionata de prezenta barbatilor la un
eveniment de sport axat oarecum pe muzica si miscari latino. A fost foarte frumos. Multumesc
