Smart Art can be a great way to help others visualize advance concepts using pre-designed diagrams that are customizable.
The Smart Art allows you to add text, bullet points and pictures.
The text can easily be added to editing pane. Once the text is added to the preview pane the Smart Art diagram will automatically adjust to the text.
Hyperlinks are a great tool to use in PowerPoint to access websites, documents, and other PowerPoint presentations.
Which one looks more appealing to the eye?
To insert Pictures, select the Insert tab and then choose picture. Find the picture you want to insert and then press okay.
To insert Clip Art, select the Insert tab and then choose Clip Art. Find the picture you want to insert and then press okay.
The difference between royalty free pictures and Clip Art is that royalty free pictures look more professional than Clip Art.

Smaller screen captures are best performed by selecting a region to take the capture. An exact area will define the four borders of the capture using the left mouse button.
