1. Bruce Finland, Nuuko co-founder, is a leader in developing and utilizing “first time” broadcast and Internet technologies as effective tools to manage and deliver information and learning. His experience in broadcasting, new media, distance learning, transportation and real estate includes operations management, marketing, finance and capitalization, and mergers and acquisitions.<br />Finland’s broadcasting career spans more than 20 years. Taking first advantage of the newest satellite and digital technologies, he grew Potomac Communications into the largest independent news gathering operation and technical services outsourcing company in the U.S. At the time of its sale, Potomac was the largest provider of technical service outsourcing to groups such as CNN, ABC News, Viacom, and Paramount Domestic Television. He then went on to manage Pyramid Broadcasting and ANA Television & Radio, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Middle East Broadcasting (MBC), launching cable TV and radio services throughout North America. <br />With his keen understanding of communications technology, he founded two web-based companies: RealNet Learning Services, a company focused on adult education and training for workplace learning, and Freightdesk Technologies.
