Meeting was called to order at 9:00 AM by Edward Hinson and roll was taken, Betsy Greenway and
Jamie Bennett-Bane were not present. The minutes were approved with a motion by Jonathon Bazinet.

A. Dot Goodwin – Available Space at Artist’s Attic
Old Business
A. Outstanding Accounts Payable – (Executive Session)
B. Membership Drive – draft brochure completed. Distribution will occur before next At-large meeting
on August 26rd. Campaign to begin the week of August 16th – 20th.
C. Halloween Dates and Sponsorships – Edward Hinson and Wade Luther are working on a sponsorship
with KershawHealth. The event has been slated to occur Thursday, October 28th from 6pm to 9pm.
There will be coordination between the DCG, KCRD, and HRC. All permits have been filed. The
event will unite the Broad Street Trick-or-Treat and the Trick-or-Treat Trail.

2. New Business
A. At-large Meeting Topics – Mayor Graham or City Manager present Camden Town Green;
membership benefits; Halloween participation.
