ABOUT THE CONFERENCE: Dubai Quality Group is
pleased to associate with Business Excellence Depart-
ment at the Department of Economic Development in
Dubai to jointly organise the annual Share Best Practice
Conference and Exhibition 2013 under the patronage of
H.H. Sheikh Ahmed Bin Saeed Al Maktoum (Chairman,
Dubai Airports; President, Dubai Civil Aviation Authority;
Chairman and CEO, Emirates Group and Patron, Dubai
Quality Group).
The theme of the conference this year is Creating Sustain-
able Excellence. The Share Best Practice Conference and
Exhibition is exclusively dedicated to showcase and
promote the practices of winners of the Dubai Quality
Award, Dubai Human Development Award and Dubai
Service Excellence Scheme, every year. This year’s confer-
ence will feature winners from both 2011 and 2012 cycles
presenting their good practices. The conference will also
feature keynote presentations and best practices from
international award winning companies.
