Dr. James M. Bronson has Integrative
Dental Practices in McLean and Char-
lottesville, VA and he has a practiced
limited to ALF and TMD Therapy in
Santa Cruz, CA. He is a “cum Laude”
graduate of Georgetown University
School of Dentistry, a member in the
Cranial Academy, the AAGO, the IAO,
the AGD, and the American Academy
of Dental Sleep Medicine. He has lec-
tured on “The ALF Paradigm” in the
US, Asia and in Europe.
Kathy Winslow, RDH, COM has a pri-
vate practice in Orofacial Myofunc-
tional Therapy, She is a Buteyko
Breathing Educator, and has training in
Facial Reflex Integration (MNRI). She is
a member of the IAOM (International
Association Of Orofacial Myology), and
the Osteo/Dental Interface Group.
Kathy has lectured extensively on Oro-
facial Myology.

Dr. Tasha Turzo graduated from the Col-
lege of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pa-
cific in 1994. She has been in private
practice since 1995 in Santa Cruz, CA
where she practices as a traditional oste-
opath and a classical homeopath. She
has been working in the field of function-
al dentistry and osteopathy with Dr.
Nordstrom since she began her practice.
