Donovan Hardenbrook is President of Leap Innovation LLC, a business
management firm based in Tempe, Arizona that provides peer advisory
and business coaching services to privately held companies. He

Donovan brings more than 20 years of experience in manufacturing,
quality and product development to the consultancy. He is a TAB-
