Metaphys 村田智明 Chiaki Murata 行為設計 日本設計師村田智明,建立 「 METAPHYS 」的品牌網站;是在日本企畫推動共同理念、共同品牌、共同行銷、以開創新事業模式的先驅者。 「行為設計」時代來臨,商品開發人員只有用心觀察消費者的生活細節,才有可能推出符合使用者需求的產品。想想這些場景!下一場會議時間就快到了,眼前的客 戶卻還沒有走人的意思,想偷瞄一眼手表,卻覺得有點失禮。如果有一款表,可以讓你不必偷瞄,就能看清楚時間,該有多好? 穿著西裝的男士,回家總是先脫西裝外套,再脫褲子,但實驗證明,這樣的順序很難把衣服和褲子掛好在同一個衣架上;比較方便的方式,是把順序反過來,但一般人很少這麼做,因為上半身著衣、下半身未著褲,會讓人覺得不自在。有沒有廠商在設計衣架前就已為這個難題想到解決方案? 來自日本的村田智明以上述兩個大家經常會遇到的問題,大力鼓吹「行為設計( Behavior Design )」觀念,希望產品開發人員在催生新產品前,就應先設想使用者在不同時間、空間的行為及使用介面等,才能開發出使用者真正需要的產品。
