2. Statutory / Legal Status
•
Asia-Pacific Entrepreneurship Development Institute is registered under Society
Registration Act 1860 with its area of operation all over India.
•
The General Body of Asia Pacific EDI comprises experienced and like-minded
members from different background such as development sector, teaching,
management sector and business. The General Body represents members from
different seven States of India. Out of 11 members, 4 are women. In the Executive
Council, out of 7 members, 2 are women.
•
The Advisory Board of Asia Pacific EDI comprises internationally renowned eminent
personalities of Development Sector, IITs, IIMs and other leading organizations
from Europe, USA and India. The Advisory Board provides direction to Asia Pacific
EDI so that it can work to fulfil its vision and mission and achieve its goals and
objectives.

Faculty of Asia Pacific EDI is a group of 20 committed, seasoned and experienced
professional trainers, academicians, researchers, project managers and
entrepreneurs having diverse background of corporate sector, industry, family
businesses, management education, social entrepreneurship and social /
development sector.
