This document discusses the case of a 12-year-old girl with neuropathic bladder due to myelomeningocele who has recurrent urinary tract infections and incontinence despite clean intermittent catheterization and medication. Previous surgeries including ureterocystoplasty and Mitrofanoff appendicovesicotomy were unable to adequately protect her upper urinary tract or achieve continence. The goal of further treatment is to revise the augmentation to increase bladder capacity and revise the Mitrofanoff conduit to allow for easier self-catheterization and continence. The treatment plan is to perform an ileocystoplasty using ileum to enlarge the bladder, create a Monti conduit to the umbilicus for catheter
