MRP for Manufacturing The existing process at Riordan Manufacturing is focused
on the China facility, that uses material requirement planning to stick to the material
needs, which in turn undergo a collection process at receiving units so as to make
its way to the molding unit. The assembly unit subsequently gets the items, that are
sent to the suitable packing unit for proper handling. Finally, the shipping unit takes
care of the electric fans distribution. Riordan Manufacturing is worried about scrap
