We extract your data….. Normally Atlantic clients send us a simple excel file, but the file can be in any format. The data mapping, data cleansing, and data handling for spend and price data is handled by our servers. This part utilises a lot of tools and applications. Ease of installation of software -on a par with Acrobat reader. The client-side software must be installed on each licensed machine. For comparison purposes, the complexity of installation of this software is no more than downloading and installing Adobe Acrobat Reader or Google Earth.
Data is delivered back to the client via web from our server, so you don’t have to worry about it. The data for the client-side software is updated via the web from our server. Client machines requiring access are web-enabled. The frequency of the updates is controllable and obviously these machines do not have to be on-line except when the data is updated. Normal updates are quarterly but more frequent updates can be agreed. This rich client model works swell: instant access and data integrity This architecture is the ultimate in interactive controllability because data is on the local machine for instant access and use but preserves complete control and data integrity as the master data is on a hosted server
