      Information is available anywhere (space) there is Internet access
      Information is available anytime (time)
      Information is available through devices that are becoming
       commonplace and will soon be affordable to most people.
      Information can be pushed from the environment to the learners and
       pulled by the learners from the environment
      The learning environment is fluid and adapts as the learner learns

      It is used as a vehicle for personal learning as mentioned earlier
      Edutainment is another popular application
      mLearning ties in with social learning and social media includes:
           Blogs, microblogs (e.g., Twitter & Yammer),
           File sharing (e.g., Flickr & SlideShare),
           Virtual Meeting Places, (e.g., Adobe Connect & Elluminate),
           Social sites (e.g. Facebook & MySpace)
           Wikis
