- During his inaugural address, President Barrack Obama stated that, “our schools fail too many.” As our nation struggles through these difficult economic times, an examination of our current expenditures is essential as we look to maximize our increasingly limited revenues. I welcome this opportunity to show you the essential role that technology has in creating successful schools, schools that fail none and meet the “demands of a new age.” It is clear that technology is one investment in our contemporary world that provides large returns in human capital.
