1. Florida Community Bank to Establish First Full-Service
Banking Center in Tampa Bay Area
TAMPA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Florida Community Bank (FCB) President and Chief Executive
Officer Kent
S. Ellert announced today the bank is continuing a fast track expansion
into the Tampa Bay market area with the projected opening of a new
banking center at 13128 N. Dale Mabry Highway (Village Center) in Tampa
bringing a total of 52 banking center locations throughout Florida.
The full-service office will be fully outfitted to serve retail banking
clients with a 24 Hour ATM. FCB entered into a long-term leasing
agreement for the property and expects to open the office late in the
third quarter of this year.
The newly announced Dale Mabry location is the second Tampa Bay location
for FCB. In addition, the Company opened a Tampa Bay regional office
earlier this year in the West Shore business district. The Tampa Bay
expansion is being led by Ardian Zika, Senior Vice President and
Commercial Banking Director for the Tampa Bay region. In addition to the
Tampa Bay offices, FCB operates a full-service banking location in
Brooksville, Florida and two additional banking centers in Sarasota,
Florida.
