• These are used to help the instructor teach the lessons
effectively. It provides key points, enhances understanding,
and / or provide instructions on how to execute an activity

• Handouts (notes, worksheets, instructions etc)

• Instructor Guide
– Use
• Useful if there are more than one instructor will be
teaching and a Train the Trainer may be required
• Also useful as a reference for the instructor when
the learning activities are complex
– Examples
• Can be in the form of a separate guidebook that will
show instructor how to teach a class
• Can be in the form of instructions to explain a
particular slide is inserted in the notes section. This
may be viewed when Presenter View is set in
PowerPoint slideshow mode
