Balance it is important to take time to think about our relationships calmly and under control alone and unpressured are your needs being satisfied? do not keep relationships  that are unfair  that make you uncomfortable
Peer Pressure someone who is close to your age, trying to, guide, manipulate, control your behaviour can be positive encourage a challenge or helpful action discourage a negative action or negative when peers suggest actions that do not agree with your own wants, needs, values, or beliefs,
Anger conflict often makes people feel angry a natural emotion common even in healthy relationships not always harmful problems occur when anger is not controlled verbal attacks physical attacks suppression
Poor Anger Management suppression keeping your anger inside, not showing it can often cause stress, depression, and even physical illness can lead to lashing out lashing out an uncontrolled release of anger often can hurt others sometimes hurting people we aren’t angry at
Steps toGood Anger Management Learn to forgive and forget Focus on the positive or humerous parts of the situation. Talk about the situation with someone you trust. Find ways to manage the situation. Find the cause.  Writing it down can help. Accept that you are angry.
