2. New Business and Economics
postgraduate English requirements
We are pleased to advise that the English
language requirements for Monash
University Business and Economics
Faculty’s postgraduate courses has
recently been adjusted to be aligned with
most of the other Group of Eight (Go8)
universities in Australia.
The new English entry requirement is:
an overall IELTS of 6.5 with no band
less than 6.0.
This will be applicable officially from
Monday 24 September 2012, to all
applicants who have not commenced
their packaged program.
Offer letters for any pipeline applicants
who may be impacted by this adjustment
will be re-assessed and re-issued.
Students who have already commenced
their packaged program(s) prior to the
implementation date of 24 September,
are bound by the entry requirements valid
at the time of their commencement.
