The Supremes were a popular Motown girl group formed in 1959 in Detroit, Michigan consisting of Diana Ross, Florence Ballard, Mary Wilson, and Betty McGlown. They performed doo-wop, pop, soul, Broadway show tunes and disco from their formation until ending in 1977. Some of their most famous songs included "Somebody Will Be", "Love is Here and Now", "Ain't No Mountain High", and "I'm Gonna Make You Love Me".
