Description: The Watersedge project consists of a two-story mixed use building with associated parking on
a 2.8 acre site. The building will have both restaurant and office space. The project is currently under
construction and the Owner is in the process of negotiating sales and leasing for the future tenants. The site
is located off Roscoe Road south of Palm Valley Road and east of the Intercoastal Waterway. Work included
site related civil engineering planning, design, and permitting. Site design included: preliminary site layouts
and concepts, storm sewer, water services, sewer services, lift station, parking lot, landscape islands,
grading, drainage, storm water pond, storm water and utility calculations, and production of permit
applications for JEA, St. Johns County, and SJRWMD.

lots. The site is located off Richmond Street in historic Avondale and is on the St. Johns River and Big
Fishweir Creek. Work included site related civil engineering planning, design, and permitting. Site design

services, road layout, grading, drainage, storm water pond, storm water and utility calculations, and
