Project: Watersedge Offices and Restaurant
Client: Watersedge, LLC.
Owner: Watersedge, LLC.
Location: Palm Valley (St. Johns County), FL

Description: The Watersedge project consists of a two-story mixed use building with associated parking on
a 2.8 acre site. The building will have both restaurant and office space. The project is currently under
construction and the Owner is in the process of negotiating sales and leasing for the future tenants. The site
is located off Roscoe Road south of Palm Valley Road and east of the Intercoastal Waterway. Work included
site related civil engineering planning, design, and permitting. Site design included: preliminary site layouts
and concepts, storm sewer, water services, sewer services, lift station, parking lot, landscape islands,
grading, drainage, storm water pond, storm water and utility calculations, and production of permit
applications for JEA, St. Johns County, and SJRWMD.

Description: The Richmond Street project consists of a upscale 4 lot residential subdivision on a 1.5 acre
site. The project converted two existing residential lots on an existing dead end City street into 4 lots with a
private cul-de-sac. The project is currently under construction and the Owner is in the process pre-selling
lots. The site is located off Richmond Street in historic Avondale and is on the St. Johns River and Big
Fishweir Creek. Work included site related civil engineering planning, design, and permitting. Site design
included: preliminary site layouts and concepts, storm sewer, water and sewer main extensions and
services, road layout, grading, drainage, storm water pond, storm water and utility calculations, and
production of permit applications for JEA, City of Jacksonville, and SJRWMD.

associated parking on a 1.8-acre site. The site is located at the north end of Pablo Professional Court off
W.M. Davis Parkway west of San Pablo and north of JTB. Work included site related civil engineering
planning, design, and permitting. Site design included: preliminary site layouts and concepts, roof drains,
storm sewer, water services, sewer service, parking lot, two driveways, landscape islands, green space
buffers, grading, drainage, storm water and utility calculations, and production of permit applications for JEA,
City of Jacksonville, and SJRWMD.
