1. Images -
Within my magazine I am going to use two female models as
the artists for my magazine. I will dress them appropriately
according to my genre of music and magazine type, in my case
HipHop.Below are some ideas of how I'll dress my models,how
I'll do their hair/make-up,position them/poses or what props i
will get my models to use. By doing there hairs and make-ups
and dressing them in certain manners, this will make the
magazine more attractive for the buyers and readers of the
magazine.
The artists below, which include 'Nicki Minaj','Cher Lloyd', and
'Rita Ora', all have their own unique fashion style which makes
them more well-known. Nicki Minaj a known rap artist, is well-
known for her crazy style and fashion sense along with the
other artists below. Fashion ties in with the music industry so
when it comes to styling my models, I need to make sure I use
a unique,crazy fashion style which will attract the target
audience into buying the magazine.

4. Costumes -
The clothing and footwear used to dress my models will be similar
to the pictures on this post. They will be wearing
shorts,tops,jackets,snapbacks,vans/high tops/Dr.Martens,Knee
high socks/Tights,Bandanas etc. I will be taking a wide variety of
shots,which will involve several costume changes untill the right
cover shot has been taken. I’ll also be doing my models hair’s and
make-up, so I’ll be working on big hair,different hair colours and
bright make-up that stands out. Below are other pictures i have
researched which are based on the fashion of the artists i am
going to create.
The purpose of dressing my models this way is to show their
individuality and linking their fashion to the genre of the HipHop
magazine. The crazier and more outrageous the dress sense,the
more people who will be attracted to buy this magazine. The
clothing and footwear also has to be appealing to the audience
who its attracting else they will not buy the magazine. I will also
supply the clothing for my models.

6. Props -
For my range of shots i am going to take i will get my models to
use different props. Some of the props I may use may
be,microphones,earphones,instruments, other camera’s,chairs
etc. Below are some ideas of the images I could take with the use
of props. With it being around the time of christmas, to make my
shots more creative and festive I may take some shots in snow or
around christmasy areas, e.g. German Market in Birmingham etc.
Or i may even use wrapped up christmas presented, christmas
tree’s etc in my images. This will make it more original and
creative. The shotds may be hard to take if theres no snow, so it
will be based upon weather conditions.

8. Location -
I will be using various locations, mainly in my house to take the
images of my artists. If i am going to take christmas
shots,which are dependant on weather conditions, i may use
areas outside my house e.g. Garden, German Market etc,
Park/Fields etc. I will take the shots of my artists on the
weekend either Friday or Saturday, so out of school time so i
have more time to take the perfect shot.
