3. 1. Purify the flow
Ezekiel 14:4-5 (NIV)
4 Therefore speak to them and tell them, 'This is what
the Sovereign Lord says: When any Israelite sets up
idols in his heart and puts a wicked stumbling block
before his face and then goes to a prophet, I the Lord
will answer him myself in keeping with his great
idolatry. 5 I will do this to recapture the hearts of the
people of Israel, who have all deserted me for their
idols.'

5. 2. Keep it simple … listen for the whispers

hidden these things from the wise and prudent and

7. 1. Like your own thoughts - except you sense them
coming from your heart (spontaneous): not brain
(cognitive/analytical)
2. Come easily as God speaking in 1st person.
3. Often light and gentle: Easily cut off by any exertion of
self.
4. Unusual content - be wiser, more loving, more motive
oriented than yours.
5. Cause a reaction inside - excitement, conviction, faith,
life, awe, peace.
6. When embraced - strength and joy.

8. 3. Obey what you know & give away
what you receive

speak on my own.

9. 4. Learn the lost art of biblical
‘meditation’.

10. 5. Position your heart in faith & hope

gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.

11. 6. Acquire a Kingdom heart.
