4. Leave Policy to Manage Employees Attendance

• A leave application guideline should be used, according to which an
employee should personally talk to their managers about their leave.

managing employee time and also for planning
purposes.
Sometimes, genuine issues (employee home
responsibilities) can be identified if an employee is late
regularly but is otherwise committed.

and managing time theft, biometric devices can be used
to track the attendance of employees.
