MIT II Program objectives are geared towards getting Leaders ready to lead at the Director and above levels, as you can see here we highlight competencies such as leading inspirationally, leading change, thinking strategically, using influence to acquire buy-in and get things done, present with impact and focus on your personal growth.Segue: All curricula is driven from our Leadership Expectations.
MIT II is an immersive experience. Participants, even those located in Dallas where our HDQ building is located, stay at the same hotel. We host evening events to build relationships and of course, have FUN. This is a cohort Team that we expect to continue networking and partnering together on Company initiatives after the experience. We are aware that much of what a person learns is from colleagues and through experiences. So our program is built accordingly. We focus on Team building, so that they are having those hard conversations about mutual business issues or are asking advice of each other on how to handle a situation. We host one MIT II session per year with between 15 – 20 Participants. Participants are sponsored by the VP level Executives in their Departments.Class experiences are a mix of facilitated classes and participant-driven learning experiences. The MIT Program Team works to create a safe, effective environment for learning, then allows the learning to happen in a push (from us) and pull (from them) manner.
