MTL Communications is looking for interns:
MTL Communications, a boutique, fast-paced Public Relations Company located in Cranford, NJ. We are
looking for interns for Winter and Spring semesters at this time. We are a growing company looking to give
those in the field a great experience to learn hands-on. This is a non-paid position with academic credit
available if needed.
Your internship will include training/orientation and focus primarily on learning and developing new skills
and gaining a deeper understanding of concepts through hands-on application of the knowledge you learned
in class.
Your responsibilities will include: creating press kits, assisting with event planning, maintaining & developing
press portfolios, assisting in media requests, writing press releases and other collateral material, pitching
editors & assisting with social media.
Qualifications:
Ideal candidate requirements include: communication majors (or within a similar field), self starter,
motivated, excellent written and oral communications skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, available 2-3 days
a week, have their own source of transportation, and own computer.
