3. what is LIFE BY DESIGN?
We rarely take time out to reflect,
think and design the future and
the life we want. The fast-paced
lifestyles we live today get in the
An unconscious life is when we find ourselves running on
way and there never seems
autopilot and we forget why we do what we do and what
enough time to do all the things
our purpose is. Some people even end up doing things just
we want and without realising, -
because others do them, because they were told they have
sooner or later-, we start living
UNCONSCIOUS LIVES. to, to ‘fit-in’ or just because they don’t know any better.
Some even say they still don’t know what their purpose is.
Unconscious people allow circumstances and other people to
decide the direction of their lives and without realising they end
up living: a life by default. The problem with living by default is
that whilst we are ‘unconscious’, our goals, dreams and vision
of the future remain an illusion.
Awakening to live is the process of becoming
aware and living a LIFE BY DESIGN. People that live
life by design have a sense of purpose or passion
and give themselves the time to think carefully
about what they do and how they do it. They are
