Mensen kunnen zich minder verbonden gaan voelen met collega’s en de organisatie. Soms wordt de organisatie als minder sociaal ervaren. Kennis gaat verloren doordat men elkaar nauwelijks meer persoonlijk spreekt, maar voornamelijk telefonisch of via de email. Kennis gaat verloren, omdat deze alleen in de hoofden van mensen zit en die wellicht al de organisatie hebben verlaten. In dezepresentatiezalikdaaromfunctionaliteitenuit SharePoint 2013 latenzien.Ofschoonbijnaallefunctionaliteitenookaanwezigzijn (in meer of mindere mate) in SharePoint 2010.Met behulp van SharePoint is het mogelijkom in tespelen op de (veranderende/sociale) wereld, maar SharePoint alleen is niet de oplossing.Er zijn veel mogelijk binnen SharePoint: sites aanmaken, lijsten en bibliotheken aan maken, documenten delen, zoeken, enzvoort. In dezepresentatie leg ik de nadruk op het gebruik van de socialeelementenomeen Social Media Platform tecreëren in SharePoint.Maar wanneer je SharePoint wilt inzetten als Social Enterprise Platform is het handig om deze losse elementen op een structurele manier in te zetten.SharePoint is een technisch middel en de oplossingen zitten in mensen.
