You are angry but your friend is honest. Here your friend has broken your trust still he has a
character. He considers the rules of the organizations most preferred, and might have considered
you just a classmate/ colleague. A wife commits about her extra affair and they get divorced.
Now here comes the question of debate, if the friend had a character he would have first tried to
stop his friend rather than just complaining and if the wife had a character she would have not
gone for that extra affair. The answer to all these is perception and preference, it’s the human
being who makes mistake and not the god, but if you had and then feel guilty, commits about it,
you definitely possess Character (Holcomb, 1987).
Charisma the word itself is magnetic. A good body or a beautiful figure, Topper of the
class, an even handicapped man who gains sympathy, an intelligent Colleague, or any
influensive personality can often explain Charisma (Lussier and Achua, 2010).
The world today is very competitive, it’s an era of marketing everybody looks for fame, some
work hard to become a point of attraction and some have it as born talent. A boy trying to
become famous jumped from a three story building and broke his legs and another guy
unfortunately fall from the same building, not even scratched. We may also call them lucky.

I was a bit afraid but had no choice left and walked out. Next day, I went in boss’s cabin
and gave him my resignation; he was trying convince me to work for the salary being offered,
