5. Juan Pérez-Caballero y Ferrer
(Madrid, 8 November 1861 –San Sebastián,
1951) was a Spanish politician and diplomat
who served three times as Minister of
State during the reign of Alfonso XIII.
Two Reasons:
1.To show that he is not afraid of
being Watched as he had
nothing to hide.
2.To save expenses for the hotel
accomodations.
6. Seiko Usui
(O - Sei - San)
“Your images in my memory; and
undoubtedly, I am always thinking of
you. Your name lives in the sight of
my lips, your image accompanies and
animates all my thoughts.”
O Sei San was a nickname given
to Seiko Usui, a native of Japan. She
had an intimate relationship with Jose
Rizal during Rizal’s vacation on
Yokohama. She was 23 years old when
she met Rizal. Her former status as a
daughter of samurai gave her an
address’s of "O Sei San" and "The
Honorable Miss Sei".
