This document discusses how eTwinning can be used in primary school curriculum and everyday school work. It notes that eTwinning allows for student-centered learning, cross-curricular themes, new virtual learning environments, and meaningful use of ICT. Classroom walls no longer define the limits of knowledge with ICT bringing the world into classrooms. eTwinning also facilitates cooperation between teachers, subjects, and schools. It shifts the focus from teacher-centered to active, innovative, and creative learners who are evaluated based on their learning process rather than just end products. The document provides examples of eTwinning modules focused on identity, media/culture, and health/culture and recommends carefully planning eTwinning partnerships with small
