1. JISC m-library community support project
The m-library community support project is funded by JISC as part of the JISC Mobile
Infrastructure for Libraries programme. The aim of the project is to:
provide a mobile library community support project to help support and engage the
emerging m-library community by reviewing and synthesising existing research and
evidence-based guidance
The project has two main areas of focus; community building and evidence collection. Today’s
event is one of the ways we are working towards supporting both of these objectives.

Good practice in m-libraries
The project is currently collecting case studies and examples of good practice in all areas of
mobile technologies in libraries. Do you have something innovative to share? Are there areas
you would particularly like us to cover? Please contact one of the project team members.
