there is a chance that recruit excellent human
resources. And it is possible to share business

its official language.
Rakuten put a term limit of 2 years to every
employee to learn English. But, it is difficult to
express one's opinion clearly in English at a
meeting. Rakuten's goal will be world company.
There are many employees who can communicate
in English around the world. They are needed
Rakuten. Because, Rakuten's employees must do
business with them.
