2. Carolyn is the social worker on the team. She’s worked
with families all across South Australia, and with kids in
Africa. She is a singer, tap-dancer, and pilates instructor.
She also has a dog named Billie.

3. Carolyn is inside
Ozzy the Orange.

4. Sarah is the sociologist on the team. She’s got a doctorate in social
policy, and has worked for the US, UK and NZ governments to help
them engage people in policy making. She likes to bake strange
kinds of cupcakes and cook spicy Mexican food.

5. Chris is the designer on the team. He used to design razors,
cameras, and sugary snacks until he realised he could design better
public services. Chris was a bronze medalist in the gymnastics
under 11 category for Wales.
