1. Use of Japanese and English in the Club and meetings.
While Fanta is a supposed to a Bilingual Advanced club, the use of Japanese has been so extensive I am
wondering if we should just find ways to put more English into the club meetings or just stop the pretense.
2. Meeting in a Box? (I.e. creation of templates or training wheels if you prefer)
Different people are at different levels with regards to being a producer. We have come a long way from last
time. Still the midterm report on the number of entries concerns me a little.(Non-Officers - 2, of those one was
a producer, the other had an idea that lost during the reboot camp)
Perhaps even now the work/reward ratio doesn't quite seems so attractive yet. What can we do at our club to
systematize the existing work and also allow for those be more creative with the program if they wish?
3.What about DCP?
As an advanced club and also with the existing format it may seem difficult to achieve DCP, but once the
club charters it becomes just another club in the toastmasters community with the same commitments. Is
there way in which we can at least achieve five points in the normal flow of the year?
