2. My Files
• This presentation shows how to manage your
files on the Home tab in PaperClipPlus™.
• The Home tab shows your files and filesets as
well as files and filesets others have shared with
you.
• PaperClipPlus™ lets you search and sort using
names, descriptions and tags.
• You may also use TagSets to manage groups of
files.
• The descriptive details about files and TagSets
may be edited and saved in PaperClipPlus™.
3. The default PaperClipPlus ‘Home’ tab shows
files and TagSets in ‘most recent first’ order.
Your files and TagSets are shown alongside
shared files and TagSets. Next…
4. You may sort the entries by clicking on the
column headings. TagSets come first because
their filename is blank.
5. You click once for ascending order and again
to switch to descending order.
6. Right Click on Folder Icon at the far left of each row to see details…
7. So let’s right click on Folder Icon on the 1st Row to see the details…
8. You can edit file and save by
Clicking Update button. You
Can also View file, Download or
Delete file.
9. You edit the details of a TagSet just like
editing a file. Click the Save icon when you
are finished.
10. You search files and TagSets by typing in the
‘Search’ box. The search searches for all the
words you type in any column and in any
order.
11. It is often very useful to search on Tags
because they are used to group files into
categories.
12. You may want to use the TagSets you have
defined to retrieve a group of files by tags.
Click on the ‘Share’ to view the TagSet.

15. Click on the ‘View’ icon to view/play the file
in the browser and on the ‘Download’ icon to
download it.

• PaperClipPlus™ provides powerful yet simple
tools to manage your Files and TagSets.
• You can search, sort, order, edit, and delete
files and TagSets.
• Entries are automatically generated for files
and TagSets others have shared with you. You
may delete them is you wish.
