I tried at
•     Paper Ads – became so frequent , people’s brains has set blind spots on
      ad spaces

•     Inserting pamphlets – Became so cumbersome that it is impractical to
      reach.

•     Spent lacs on TV ads – People do not remember.

•     Spend Crores on Television ads – People have many options now . We
      watch 2 programmes simultaneously during adv. Time.

•     Radio – Hmm…. Costly and reach ?

•     Internet Banner ads – Sorry , I have no deep pockets./ is the reach shown
      in rue figure ?

•     Social media - How many users really participate ? What is ROI ?

I was really thinking to GIVE UP

 • I tried with all , results were OK to survive

 • Thought it is the way I need to live

           Or

 • Just find some good Job and stop becoming bald.

           Then I thought


 • Let me try once again , any way drowned 20
   times let me get up 21 times

Met Some people who were in Same boat

                                 Said

                                 “ Hey ! We are spending 1 Cr on
                                 marketing, different products any way,
                                 why not club it all cleverly and Reduce
                                 it to 50 Lacs, ,,or better ,reach double
                                 people”.


It worked better, created WIN WIN for all. Our marketing cost per product
shoooted down !. With not really any impact on ratio of sales to leads.

Why not do more & improve further?

We started to grow participants, the savings started to come
down.

Good ideas will be copied any way, so started to do it for others.

In coming future, COLLABORATIVE MARKETING is the only way. It
will help customers it will help companies.


Now we are able to reach every person in
a remote rural area at Re. 1

•   Reduce your Paper ads
•   Reduce you TV ads
•   Stop giving FREE stuff
•   Stop Internet Banner ads…….None of this can
    reach Indian Rural folks
