2. Periodic Table
Dmitri Mendeleev was the one who got credit
for creating the periodic table. He predicted
the properties of elements that where yet to
be discovered.
Although, he got credit for being the “father”
of the periodic table manny scientist
contributed to its present form.
3. How is the table organized?
You read it from left to right, they are arranged
in increasing atomic number(protons).
Metals are on the left, nonmetals on the right
and metalloids along the zig-zag line that
divides the metals and nonmetals.. gases on
the far right.
4. Element Relationships
Elements have different relationships which
are Non-Metals and Metals.
Non-metals are Metalloids,Other
nonmetals,Halogens,Noble Gases
Metals are Alkali metal,Alkali earth metals,
Lanthanoids, Actinoids, Transitional, post
metals
