become tired and become burned out from doing

Others join a company because they think success rest on
the compensation plan. The same reason, many transfer
to other MLM company because their company's
compensation plan has become inferior to a new
company's compensation plan, and soon they wil transfer
again for the same old reason. Company credibility and
product necessariness and quality are both very important
as success factors but they are not complete. Again,
statistics tells that 98% are failures. Even the seasoned,
natural sales people and talkers are also failures. Why?
