Unfortunately he was leaving for his annual vacation in 1.5 week. Not giving him much time. Normal Travel Agent : VISA entry to Europe by standard takes 3-4 weeks of preparation. It takes 1-2 weeks to receive an appointment during high season, and another min. 10 days to process the application. Travel Designer Service. We lobby an embassy to receive a fast track visa appointment in 1-2 day. Then process the visa in Jakarta but the client collected his visa in Washington DC during his holiday. We arranged our team in New York to collect his passport and delivery it to the embassy in Washington to collect the visa. Then ensure the client received his passport and visa to Europe again. Case : VISA HANDLING A wealthy family in Indonesia who frequently travel to Europe requested for a long term visa to Europe. Normal Travel Agent : NOT DOABLE. Travel Designer Service. We arranged our partner in Europe to issue a business guaranteed letter for the family to have a long term visa to Europe. The family received 1 year multiple entry visa to Schengen ( Europe) after 7 days of process.

7. CLUB LOYALTY CASE : The Ferrari Owners Club Indonesia wanted to arrange a travel together for the members and see the First Night Race in the world in Singapore. Unfortunately the Ferrari Paddock was already sold out. Second organizing this travel in Singapore where almost all hotels are booked were a challenged. NORMAL AGENT : Booking flights, hotels and regular F1 tickets.. TRAVEL DESIGNER : We arranged with both organizer of F1 Singapore GP and F1 to allocate a number of Paddock Club ( VIP ) seats. Group hotel booking with special price were arranged at Four Seasons.
