Hotel Conference Area Wireless Internet
Many hotels provide guest Internet in
rooms, but completely ignore the demand
for Internet access from visitors to the
conference areas. We have a plug and play
solution that gives fast payback. The
solution is simple to install and requires only
data wiring to each wireless unit. Visitor
billing uses pre-pay scratch cards that can
be sold at the front desk.
A robust wireless unit is installed in an
upper corner of each conference room and
wired to a switch via cat-5 cable. One
wireless unit can cover a room size up to
5000 sq ft.

Guest access is authorized within each unit The hotel stocks 1-day scratch cards that are sold to

Upgrade Wired Hotel Rooms for Wireless Internet
Many hotels already have wired Internet in
rooms but guests continue to ask for
wireless. Many laptop computers are now
manufactured without Ethernet ports.
Installing wireless is a hit and miss process
for many hotels as installers experiment on
their time. We provide the only solution that
guarantees wireless in every room because
we put wireless in every room.
You are probably thinking that our solution
must be expensive as installers charge
$thousands to put a couple of wireless
access points on each floor. The answer is
that our solution is less expensive because
we purchase equipment in large volumes
and pass these savings on to you.

Our solution adds wireless plus 3 more Ethernet ports for each room
If your rooms are wired with cat-5 Ethernet then you can

Authentication Server for Hotel Internet Custom Login Pages
Even though your hotel has wired Internet
access in all rooms with good wireless
coverage, you can still upgrade your system
with a custom login page and banner

server in your network. Installation is quick

provider.
A custom log in page will benefit your
business in several ways. The most
important feature of your log in page is that
it is designed to be an extension of your
web site and therefore should encourage
guests to become familiar with your web
site. If returning guests make reservations
through your website then your margins will
improve.

Hotel Business Center
Many hotels provide wired or wireless
Internet access in rooms for guests who
take computers. Guests who don't have
computers need a business center facility to
check email and file reports. The business
center has to be well equipped so that
guests do not have to make a line to check
their emails.
The business center should have several
computers, color and BW printers, a
scanner, a FAX machine and a copier.
The business center provides a profit for
the hotel by charging guests for use of
computers, printers, copiers and the
Internet. The guest has to purchase a 1-day
scratch card and the access code permits
use of computers, printers and Internet.
