Brooklyn Bad Ass Fitness (formally Ortiz Fitness) is a personal training and atypical
boot camp program designed to help you get into the best shape of your life.
Established by Bryan Ortiz, a highly trained and experienced personal fitness
instructor, Brooklyn Bad Ass Fitness consists of many talented and caring individual
trainers dedicated to providing our clients with maximum results through proper
training, nutrition and supplementation. We have clients all over New York, including
Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, the Bronx, Staten Island, and Long Island.
Bryan, a former skinny kid that got bullied and couldn't afford a gym membership,
understands what's it like to not feel or look your best, and he's here to help you get the
body you've always dreamed of.

What Is The "Brooklyn Bad Ass Body Camp"?
It's a weekly workout that takes place outdoors, year round! Our classes are taught by the
most experienced fitness experts in NYC, if not the country. The camp consists of challenging
but intense workouts that help you lose the weight & keep it off! All of the workouts focus on
team building, which means you, will be working out with supportive women with similar
goals just like YOU!
What Makes Our Body Camp Different From Traditional Boot Camps?
The fact is that most boot camps are taught by inexperienced instructors with little or no
training who give general workouts to everyone, inconsiderate of any previous or existing
health condition the individual may have. Due to this alarming revelation, most doctors now
forbid patients from enrolling in boot camps due to these inexperienced instructors. When you
attend our body camp, you can rest assured knowing that your instructor, Bryan "The
Brooklyn Bad Ass" Ortiz is a published national fitness expert with almost a decade of
experience.
Our classes are limited to no more than 20 people. Since our body camp is highly selective
and only 1 in 20 people are admitted, we are able to modify each workout based on the
client's specific needs and conditions.

Program Details:
One of our Certified Bad Ass Personal Trainers will come to you, no matter where you
live, to give you the Brooklyn Bad Ass Workout one-on-one. We travel to all 5
boroughs in New York.
By the end of the intense 45-60 minute session, which incorporates a mix of boxing,
strength training and core & cardiovascular training, you will have burned over 700
Calories!
Please note! Like all of our programs, this is the most intense fat burning workout you
will ever experience! So, only people that are 110% dedicated will be accepted into
