As a company entering the mobile app development industry, the keys to our success are held
by our choice of revenue models. This is a sector that offers multiple income streams, and we
intend to take advantage of the models that allow us to call the shots. Unlike many of our
competitors, we will not take on contracted or commissioned work. Instead, we will develop
and market our own mobile app. By doing so, we will forge a deeper connection with the end
users, who will obtain the app we develop on a basis of:

• Subscription
• Pay-per-download
This will further allow us to realize even more income via in-app purchases and in-app
advertising that we select and control.

3.0 Services & Products
Our company has our mobile app as the product we offer. We may offer tech support services
to our end users who pay for our app. Our back-office products consist of intellectual property
creation and registration that our end users get to see in the form of the mobile app they can
install to their devices.
Our commitment is to develop an app that elicits a “wow!” factor from our end users. This
means developing a cutting edge app that will take full advantage of mobile technology.
Although we will pay attention to the latest versions and upgrades of the major operating
systems such as iOS, Android, Windows Phone, BlackBerry, etc., we will not ignore the up-an-
coming minority segments such as the Firefox and Ubuntu mobile devices. At the same time,
we will pay attention to resilient platforms that are still around; this means that, if we see that
a certain Symbian smartphone is still being used in developing markets, we may create a
version of our app for the purpose of generating income and becoming known to this growing
segment of end users.
Innovation and end-user appeal are very important to our success. Our mobile app will expand
very quickly, and we intend to keep up with the explosion of mobile devices so that we can
develop and monetize the app as soon as new devices hit the market. One of our next areas to
focus on is the nascent wearable computer market, which is being spearheaded by devices
such as Google Glass and smart-watches powered by the Android mobile operating systems.
To achieve our objectives, we have outlined the following three main strategic goals:
• Develop a high-quality app that is functional and entertaining
• Keep abreast of new developments in our industry
• Keep abreast of new developments with regard to app distribution channels.

Adding on and upgrading:The app is closely monitored and
updates and add ons are implemented as necessary.
Submitting to app stores for distribution: Once complete, apps
are submited to the various purchase platforms.
Programming:The actual coding and programming of the app
takes place.
Graphics and aesthetics:The look and feel of the interface are
decided upon and honed for usability.
Thorough planning: Laying out the foundations of the app, what
it will be used for and what technologies can be used to create it.

Even with favorable market data, our Company is aware that the business of making money
from apps is going to get tougher still, with analyst Gartner predicting that through 2018 less
than 0.01% of consumer mobile apps will be considered a financial success by their developers.
A key factor making it harder for apps to attract a paying audience is the sheer number of apps
consumers can wade through before making their choice. Both Apple’s iOS and Google’s
Android stores now each have more than one million apps on tap. It’s the very definition of a

We may offer tech support services to our end users who pay for our app. Our back-office products consist of intellectual property creation and registration that our end users get to see in the form of the mobile app they can install to their devices. Our commitment is to develop an app that elicits a “wow!” factor from our end users. This means developing a cutting edge app that will take full advantage of mobile technology. Although we will pay attention to the latest versions and upgrades of the major operating systems such as iOS, Android, Windows Phone, BlackBerry, etc., we will not ignore the up-an- coming minority segments such as the Firefox and Ubuntu mobile devices.
