What you’re about to discover is without a doubt the fastest and easiest way
to build your list. You can easily add 100 to 500 fresh leads every single day.
In fact, I recently used just one of these methods to add over 1200 fresh
subscribers to my and it only took me 15 minutes to set it up.
Do not underestimate the vast potential this system. It’ll definitely be
one of the most powerful strategies that you will ever use in your business.
Before you begin using these methods, you’ll first need to build up an initial
seed list of around 500 subscribers. Then you can use that list as leverage to
build your list exponentially using the power of ad swaps.
How to Get Your First 500 Subscribers
If your squeeze page converts at 50% you’ll need 1,000 visitors, to reach
your goal of 500 subscribers. That’s enough to get the ball rolling.
To get 1,000 visitors to your squeeze page, you’ll need to advertise because
blogging, submitting articles, and marketing on social media sites takes way
too long. And the quickest way to get visitors to your squeeze page is
through viral membership site.
Viral membership sites enable you to send email offers once a week to
everyone in your downline – usually 5-10 levels deep. And if you upgrade,
you can send to thousands of members every 2 to 4 days.
Don’t join unless you’re prepared to take the one-time offer! You’ll be
able to upgrade your membership later, but it will be limited and much more
expensive. In some cases, hundreds of dollars more!
You’ll get the best bang for your buck if you upgrade immediately after you
join when you see the one-time offer.
Trust me on this…
It will take you a LONG TIME to build up a network that will bring you any
traffic if you go the free membership route. It’s purely a waste of your time.
You’re better off upgrading at ONE site and mailing consistently than joining
ten sites for free and mailing once a week. And remember… NEVER advertise
affiliate links. ALWAYS send people to your squeeze page.

Most of the OTO upgrades cost $197. But that’s for an entire year. Even if
you get only 10 leads per day, that’s 300 leads per month or 3600 leads per
year, which comes out to around five cents per lead.
The key is to be consistent and mail to the maximum number every week.
I’ve tested 8 different list builders and these are currently the most

Just log in every few days and submit your ad. However, you should test
different subject lines and different ad formats to maximize your results.
Once you have a seed list of 500 subscribers or more, I’ll show you how to
take your list from a few hundred to a few thousand subscribers very quickly
using the techniques outlined below...
Basic Email Ad Swaps
An email ad swap is where you make a verbal agreement with another list
owner to promote his offer to your list and in return, he promotes your offer
to his list. If your lists are both the same size, it stops there. But if your list
is bigger or smaller, you compensate by sending more or fewer ads.
For example, if your list has 500 subscribers and his has 1,000, you would
send his ad to your list twice and he would send your ad to his list just once.
Of course size doesn't always matter—results are what really count. So if
you get good results from a particular ad swap, you may want to try it
again.
Autoresponder Ad Swaps
Autoresponder ad swaps are a great way to get consistent traffic to your
website. Basically, you add the same promotional email you used in Tactic 1
to the end of your autoresponder series and your JV partner does the same.

Everybody who subscribes to his list eventually gets the email that promotes
your free offer and vice versa. That means you could get consistent traffic
for months or even years.
Tip: Always use a tracking link so you know how many visitors
you receive. If you get good results, see if the list owner wants
to swap ads again or do a permanent autoresponder swap.
Endorsed Ad Swaps
I’ve used this method to add thousands of new subscribers to my list in a
single day. The secret is the endorsement.
It’s similar to the basic ad swap, but much more effective because you use
the influence of the list owner to increase your conversion rate.
First, you find a list owner with a quality offer and write a nice
testimonial/endorsement for his product.
Next, ask him to make a special offer for your subscribers only:
“Special Limited-Time Offer for
[Your Name]’s Subscribers Only”
Have the offer expire in 24-48 to add some urgency.
Next, create a squeeze page for his subscribers …
“Special Limited-Time Offer for
[His Name]’s Subscribers Only”
Put a value on it and give it away for free. But just like before, have the
offer expire in 24-48 hours.
Finally, write an endorsement for your own free report as if the owner of the
list wrote it himself. This will be a special offer for his subscribers only.
This method takes a little time to set up. But once you create your
endorsements, you can use them over and over with different list owners.

Integrated Ad Swaps
After you’ve done an ad swap that was mutually beneficial, you may want to
suggest that you both advertise each other’s freebies on your download
pages as a bonus.
Here’s an example:
Working with Merchants
If the list owner has an offer after the opt-in page, tell him that you’ll send
an endorsement for his product without any affiliate links, if he will send an
endorsement for your product to his list.
Find a list owner with a quality product, buy it, and then write a good
endorsement for his product. Sell the product to your list first. Then contact
the owner and say,

How to Find Joint Venture Partners
Now that you have some tactics to use, you need to find some JV partners to
work with! Make it part of your daily routine to contact list owners and
schedule ad swaps.
The Warrior Forum is a great place to find marketers who are actively
seeking ad swaps. Search the Joint Ventures Forum for ―ad swaps‖ or ―swap
ads‖ to narrow down your list. Reply to several of those posts BEFORE you
make your own offer. That’s one of the rules.
Look at the first post listed… He only has 200 subscribers and he got 513
views and 29 replies! The third one has 13k. So there is a wide range of list
sizes in these offers.

JVME.com is another great place to find joint ventures. There are dozens of
groups with thousands of active members.
Before you make a post, look at the offers that others have posted to give
you an idea of what to say. Include the number of subscribers you have on
your list and note that they are confirmed opt-ins. Give them a link to
download your gift without opting into your list.
IMAdSwaps.com is not as active as the Warrior Forum or JVME.com. But
since the focus is on ad swaps only (not joint ventures in general), it’s
another great places to make contacts in the IM niche.
AdSwapFinder.com is another great place to find ad swaps for lists of all
sizes. The categories are ―Internet Marketing‖ and ―Investing/Personal
Finance‖ and it ever has a search function.
ListSwapper.com allows you to post and respond to ad swaps in six different
categories. It’s free to join and you can get a featured listing for $27.

Here are a few tips to help improve your success with ad swaps:
Don’t base the ad swap solely on the size of your lists. Big lists aren’t
always responsive. It’s the number of clicks you get that matters most
and ultimately, the number of signups.

clicks rather than just the number of subscribers itself.
Use a tracking link in your ad swaps so you know who’s giving you the
best results and where to focus your energy.
Work on building relationships with other marketers so you can set up

introduce yourself. There are different types of ad swaps you can
arrange with your best JV partners to generate ongoing traffic.
Swapping ads with other list owners is an extremely effective way to get
traffic to your squeeze page and build your list for free. If you take action on
