 Double click your Fastone photo resizer icon
 To get to
 The start screen

 If you cant see the folder that your pics are in
 Then on Click this button and select the location
of the folder you need,

 Select the images you want to resize in the
left hand pane

 Click the add button
 (If you are resizing all the pics in the folder
then click “add all”)

 The selected images should now appear in
the right hand pane

 Now select the image format you want to save
the file as

 Now select the destination folder on your
computer

 Next click on the “advanced options” button

 In the “advanced options” box, select the size
you want the picture to be output as
 And tick any of the boxes as necessary

 Renaming.
 On the main screen select “ batch rename”

 Click the add (or add all) to add the selected
images for renaming

 You should now see your selected images in the
right hand pane

 Select the new name for your pics follwed by the #
symbol (you can increase the numbering style by using
the up /down arrows)

 If you forget to select any images you will
get this pop up box, just go back and select
the images you need

 Once you are ready click the “rename now”
button

 You will get this pop up box asking if you are
sure, click yes.

 You should now see the output screen showing your
renamed files, click on the “done” button,

 If you are finished processing your files
 Click on the “close” button
