The presentation discusses the biggest problems facing the FPS (federal public service) and solutions to improve recruitment and workplace culture. Key issues were lack of strategic goals, processes and high risks. New approaches are needed to find needed competencies and attract applicants. The FPS aims to become a more attractive employer through flexible work arrangements and measuring employee activities rather than time spent in the office. This will help control costs while improving productivity and results.
