Is it just me, or does everybody seem to be talking about Twitter…
Don’t listen to ‘experts’
Look for ideas and try things out
Three ways organisations are using Twitter
1. Have a public face to a brand +
2. And that you are actually engaging Have micro-interactions Have micro-interactions Respond to people and enter into a conversation Ask what they thing and get instant feeback
2. Segment, segment, segment
Not everybody wants the same thing, so don’t treat them in the same way
3. Provide a gateway to engage
It is part of a hub-and-spoke social media strategy
And recognise that Twitter is only part of a social media strategy Use Twitter as the gateway to engaging with you
But the best thing is just to have a go
